In the event that a visitor to the site makes an offer on a particular domain name, the offer details will be communicated by email communication to the seller via the email address that the seller had registered their domain name in. The seller will be contacted via support@flipwebdomains.com only after details of the offer has been confirmed by the buyer.

The email address of a buyer is linked to an offer associated with a particular domain name posted on www.flipwebdomains.com. This is to notify the seller of the interested party via email communication.

The seller will be provided with the offer amount and only the email address of the buyer so contact can be made. The email address of both seller and buyer will not be used for any other purpose as discussed in our privacy policy.

Sales & Rental

FlipWebDomains.com may take any measure that it in its own discretion it deems necessary to maintain the integrity and security of its membership, listings, and transactions. This includes but is not limited to, editing and removing listings, canceling transactions at any time, and remedying agreement breaches in one transaction with proceeds or assets from another transaction.

You agree that sales and purchases you make through the site are binding agreements between you and the other party immediately when: (a) an offer is submitted that is at least the listing’s buy now price; (b) an offer expires that is at least the listing’s reserve price; (c) the buy now price is reduced to the amount of a current offer; OR (d) both parties have completed any step of a transaction. Your membership information and other information related to a sale on FlipWebdomains.com & DomainerMastery.com may be disclosed to another member who is a party to a binding agreement if requested to enforce the agreement.

When you purchase a domain on the site, you shall: (a) send full payment to be received by the seller within ten (10) business days; (b) only use payment instruments and mechanisms as required by FlipWebDomains.com; (c) perform any necessary steps to receive the registrant transfer from the seller promptly; AND (d) notify the seller promptly after registrant transfer is completed.

When you sell a domain on the site, you will transfer the domain directly to the buyer within ten (10) business days of receiving notification by FlipWebdomains.com that the buyer’s payment is approved, providing substantial proof that the transfer has been made to the buyer.

Either party to a transaction may cancel the transaction if the other party of a transaction delays the transaction more than ten (10) business days provided that the canceling party gives five (5) business days notice and the cancellation does not become effective if the cause of the delay is resolved within five (5) business days. This cancellation notice cannot be given unless there is a ten (10) day delay by the other party.

Seller agrees to accept the return of a domain name if the transaction is cancelled for fraud or other reasons and refund all amounts paid for the domain sale.

FlipWebDomains.com reserves the right to hold funds beyond normal distribution periods for transactions it deems suspicious or for account(s) conducting high transaction volumes to ensure integrity of the funds.

Pricing

All prices listed on this site and affiliated sites, inclusive of & not limited to domainermastery.com are subject to change as the traffic flow to the domain, appraised value, and actual potential value of the domain changes. The pricing is solely determined by the seller. The seller has all right to make adjustments to the prices of their domains at their own discretion. If the seller determines that the value of the domain has changed, they may opt to change the price even after you have made an offer.

Returns & Refunds

After the sale of an item listed in our marketplace has been initiated and the adequate time given for observation of the product (domain name(s)), the customer agrees that they are pleased and satisfied with the item selected for purchase. Upon completion of the sale and transfer of the domain name to the user, there will be no returns or refund of the product (domain name(s)).

By completing a sale on our platform, the customer agrees to accepting the domain name as is. A complete refund of the total cost of purchase will be given to the customer if the domain name is not transferred within the given time period agreed upon by the seller and buyer and the grace period has also expired if this is so desired by the customer. This Agreement shall begin on the 12th of January, 2019.
